At Nadja Cards, we look to have curated Repacks and boxes so that collectors have better chances of getting what they want. We use our decades of experience and wide network of collectors to procure the best items for our customers.

What are they keywords to know about?

Repack: Repack is a card that has been pulled from a pack and “Repacked” to individual collectors. They can either be graded or raw cards. A Repack can have a mixture of cards and values, with customers having a random chance at any card in the set.

Floor: A floor is the lowest average amount a Repack can be worth. The number is lower than the purchase price, as floor pricing balances our ceiling pricing in a Repack. How low the floor is depends upon how many chase cards are in a Repack.

Ceiling: A ceiling is the maximum amount a Repack can be worth.

Chase Card: A chase card is usually an individual card worth multiples of what a Repack costs. Typically, the there will be a chase card at the ceiling, with other chase cards above the purchase price, so that collectors have multiple chances to get a great card!

What is a Themed Repack?

Each Themed Repack will center around a particular player or concept. Each Themed Repack will be limited to 50-250 cards, with varying floors and ceilings based on the assortment of cards. Themed Repacks are curated so that collectors have more transparency into what they will be receiving.

Themed Repacks are typically launched on a weekly basis.

While the best cards are at the ceiling, we try to curate the set of cards so that customers enjoy the card they want, even if they do not end up with a chase card.

What is a Collectors Box?

A Collectors Box is a random assortment of cards and packs meant to bolster a collection, whether as a gift or for personal consumption. Each box includes at least an unopened card pack, an autographed card, and a game used jersey card. While there will be chase cards inserted into random boxes, we try to make each box special.

What is a Claire Bear Repack?

A Claire Bear is a Repack of a random card. This is best for collectors who just want the excitement of opening a card, no matter what the sport is. There will be randomly inserted chase cards into the Claire Bear Repack, though of a lower dollar amount than a themed Repack chase card.

What is a Panda-monium Repack?

Panda-monium Repacks often have the lowest floor but highest ceiling amongst our Repacks. Each Panda-monium Repack release typically includes one massive chase card. These packs are great for collectors who want to risk it for the chance of a collection-changing card.

What is the shipping policy?

We ship to all locations around the world at different price points. We typically offer free shipping to the continental U.S. at certain price points. Please contact us for shipping rates outside the U.S.

What is the return policy?

Given the nature of the Repack, which is driven by receiving cards that can be well above or below the purchase price, we do not offer returns.

On a case-by-case basis, we will review issues with purchases.

At the end of the day, we want to build lifelong customers, and are always willing to hear concerns from our customers.

Where are the cards sourced?

We utilize our decades of experience in collectibles to buy attractive cards for our Repack. Our cards can come from auction houses, marketplaces, as well as directly from wholesalers, hobby shops, and individual collectors.

We typically win based on quick response time, with the ability to quickly price attractive items. Oftentimes, we buy in bulk, passing along savings to our customers via a better offering.

What types of cards are in the products?

Most products will contain baseball, basketball, football, or hockey cards. The Collectors Box may contain Pokemon cards. Themed Repacks may include Pokemon or F1 cards, but they will be explicitly stated.

How do you price cards?

We use a combination of industry data, publicly scraped data, and our own proprietary pricing analysis to purchase cards that we believe are at a discount to market value, which we can pass off our savings to our customers. While industry pricing is still opaque, we do our best try and estimate the value of each card.
